Imelda May giving something back

Life’s been good for Irish rockabilly starlet Imelda May over the past couple of years. She’s seen her popularity explode and has had numerous high-profile appearances both on stage and on television. And with her latest single, Imelda’s giving a little something back to people for whom life hasn’t been as good. All the proceeds from the sale of her current single “Make a Wish” will go to the charity Make-A-Wish Ireland. This organization works to grant wishes to sick children. Says May, “Everyone working on the single did it for free, so all profits go straight to Make-A-Wish…It’s a very positive song and I hope that people take the time to do a quick click and download it.”
