The 14th annual Screamin’ Rockabilly weekender got underway today in Calella/Barcelona, Spain. The “weekender” is too big for just a single weekend and actually runs for the entire week through next Sunday.
This festival’s got it all; the cars, the vendors, the workshops, the contests, and of course, the music! And it’s not just rockabilly either. Attendees will hear rockabilly, R&B, doowop, western swing, and more. Over 25 bands in all.
And the event takes place on the sunny beach in Spain. What more needs to be said? Other than I wish I was there!
